Weather & Emergency Closing Policy 

TCMA Dojo Weather Closings and Emergencies

The safety of our students, parents, and staff is our top priority.

Closings:
All TCMA weather closings will be posted on our Website, Facebook page and Emailed to all students.

Weekdays: All weather closings will be based on the Pascack Valley School District.
If schools are cancelled, postponed, or dismissed early we will be closed. All closings will be posted by 1PM.

Saturdays & Summer:
All Saturday & Summer weather closings will be posted by 8:30AM when possible.

Weather Make Ups:
Although make-ups are not guaranteed for snow days, power outages, or state of emergencies, including health related, TCMA will make every effort to accommodate cancelled classes.

No refunds will be offered due to dojo closings caused by extreme situations such as hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, blizzards, and health department shut downs due to pandemics, etc.
